Joel is responsible for the strategic direction of Bridgecom’s health engagement and communication solutions, including personalized communications through multimodal distribution channels, as well as the consumerism of in-home health. Our model with in-home self-test kits is tailored to the patient and empowers that individual to take decisive action with their health while providing convenient access to accurate and private in-home lab testing kits. He has been with the company for over 24 years, with 35 years in the industry of helping people live better lives.

Dan Ablett

President, BOD member

Dan is responsible for solution research, design and architecture for Bridgecom. Bringing decades of experience in information technology application development to focus on implementing preeminent solutions, his passion is providing Bridgecom’s clients, their members and patients with unparalleled innovation and excellence in continuing improvement of their outcomes.

Thomas Lee

Chief Financial Officer
& Chief Operating Officer

Thomas leads the strategy and the execution of financial and operational initiatives at Bridgecom. He oversees finance & accounting, software development, implementation, pricing, and production. In addition, he is responsible for M&A valuation, capital management, as well as contracts and strategic alliance. He has over 15 years of broad finance and operations management experience in SaaS solutions, asset management, and financial services. Prior to Bridgecom, he managed assets valued over $2 billion and successfully took a company public on the New York Stock Exchange. Thomas holds a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from Cornell University.

Brad Hibbard

Vice President of Sales

Brad is responsible for leading sales and business development endeavors at Bridgecom.  He has two decades of professional experience building, growing and managing high caliber teams in the areas of information technology, patient engagement and population health management. Brad’s breadth and depth of healthcare experience enables him to support our clients as they work in an ever-changing, challenging industry. He is a Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Vicki L. Ruff

Vice President of Client Solutions

Vicki is responsible for the implementation of new projects, as well as ongoing client support. She focuses on the client experience, beginning at project initiation and continuing through ongoing activity. Vicki works with Bridegcom’s systems and client’s requirements to deliver solutions that not only meet the client’s requirements but exceed the client’s expectations. She works with the Bridgecom team to provide long term value automating processes, streamline workflows and utilize client facing tools to provide direct online access to key activities. She has been with the company for over 27 years, helping to promote partnerships, and always looking forward for new ways to enhance the experience of meeting client deliverables.

Galen Walters

Executive Board Member

Galen is a 40-year veteran of creative business operation, retail marketing, leadership and vision. He was the founder and leader of AdPlex, a successful retail marketing services company for 27 years. During Galen’s tenure, the company had annual sales as high as $130 million and Galen provided superior leadership to over 850 employees. AdPlex worked with over 36 supermarket chains, including WalMart, Home Depot, Lowes, and Walters is a recognized industry leader and innovator.

In 2007, Galen founded Go Think Marketing & Business Consulting in order to continue his passion. Go Think allows him to interact with key talent, retail marketing, new technology, and business. He has created an environment that allows organizational executives to maximize their thinking and deliver results.
